I did receive my refund and am satisfied with the conclusion of our transaction. It would be nice if there was a phone number and actual person to talk to for settling disputes chat and email delay the resolution by days it has been a full week of correspondence to achieve what could have been taken care of in one phone call. Thank you

Verified Reviewer |Resolved: They auto deducted money from my checking account 4 days before I could cancel my trial membership and had not yet returned to my PayPal/Bank account
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Appreciate Reverse Health following up and honoring my request for a full refund.
I signed up and paid $15.19 for a 30 day trial period on 7/25/24 via PayPal. On 8/21/24 $38.95 was auto deducted via PayPal from my checking account 4 days before the trial period was over.
In 8/22/24 I spoke with their representative Amy and requested cancellation of the membership and refund of unauthorized money be returned. I was told that I would not get money back!

I have been trying to cancel my subscription, but it's almost impossible. I got as far as you asking me to pay $1 for a form to send in.
I did that one other time for something else and ended up with tons of charges that I had to fight.
I don't want to go through that again. Just cancel the subscription!
Preferred solution: DO NOT extend subscription.

I signed up, thinking that it was more expensive than BetterMe. However, it ended up that I had more charges on my charge account then what they had originally said I dont know where they came from.
I cant get a hold of anybody to answer the phone this is the only way that I can contact them.
Thats if they contact me back my number 1-84*-***-****. I hate to go through the banks and have them dispute the charges.

YOU *** JERKS have continued to charge my credit card ending in 2807 $38.97 since June 2024.
Unfortunately, Im just realizing this now! My credit card cant help me until I cancel this subscription!!! So Im telling you now! I better not see $38.97 on my next statement

I canceled right after introductory offer, never used it. But got billed anyway and it overdraft my checking acct.

In the offering it should be noted that all the services are on your phone only and cannot be done on the computer I am not a tech savvy person and even though a couple people tried to help me it was not good. Then it was a hassle to get my money refunded.
At one point when I explained a Tracy had sent me a email stating I would get a refund, I was told by the co-owner that there was no text from Tracy/ I had to send her a copy of the texts as if I was lying.
So she then came back and said I would get my refund. I will believe it when I see it.

I didnt notice that I had to cancel, though it was a one time charge which for expensive $66, then got another $66 charge, called (live chat) for a refundno didnt happen, only got refunded $33. I even provided them proof from Dr of my limitations, didnt matter, wasnt taken into consideration.
Got refunded $33 with access (supposedly) to app. For what???

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I sent a threatening email saying that the terms were 30 day refund if not completely satisfied, not try it for 60 days and then PROVE you had no benefit.
I said I'd take it to social media. They quickly emailed back and apologized for the confusion and processed the refund.
So really, the "guarantee" is a fraud.
There is no actual way to call. The number says you cannot reach them by phone. So it's down to the chat box. The Chat people are non-responsive.
Meanwhile I have received 8 emails from them in the 1st hour.
They may or may not be processing a refund now after I threatened them with a report to the FTC for deceptive consumer practices. They just can't say for 12-24 hours whether they'll refund me or not.
$72.00. Not nothing.
Very shady company.

Warning: Con artists take your money even after you have cancelled and they refuse to refund. I did the trial and cancelled after one day, never having used it, but then they took the money from PayPal.
The money was still pending, but when I complained, they claimed it. After complaining, they refused to refund anything. They say I didn't cancel, but they have proof I didn't use the app.
They are refusing to give any refund at all. Beware of these con artists.
